CPI observes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the highest quality product obtainable and to promote the safest, purest, and most effective use of Homeopathic/Herbal formulas to our valued customers. (GMP is a standard established for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical drugs in the United States.)
Who We Are
Clear Products, Inc.™ (CPI) was founded in San Diego, CA, in 1998 by Stanley (Staś) T. Ozog III, L. Ac. (Licensed Acupuncturist), Dipl. A. & Dipl. C.H. (NCCAOM) [Diplomate of Acupuncture and Diplomate of Chinese Herbology (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine)], MTOM (Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine) and Delmar (Skipp) S. Neville II. CPI’s goal is to sell the highest quality natural health products at a reasonable price.
Mr. Ozog is licensed in both California and nationally as an Acupuncturist and Herbalist. He has been involved in Oriental Medicine since the mid 1970s when he began studying alternative modalities to relieve his sinus problems due to allergies. In the late 1980s, he again sought alternative treatment for severe back and arm pain after being injured in an automobile accident. When he found relief from acupuncture and herbs on both occasions, he decided to study Oriental Medicine and earned his master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. After graduation, he practiced in Palm Springs, CA, at the Palm Springs Wellness Center; was a regular speaker for more than a year on a weekly radio show to discuss alternative medicine; and continues to lecture at various venues around the country. Mr. Ozog currently is in private practice and devotes most of his time to the research and development of new products.
Skipp Neville, an Architect and General Contractor, is the Founder and President of Development Management Services, a successful real estate consulting firm providing services to construction lenders throughout the United States. In 1995, Skipp engaged the services of Mr. Ozog to help remedy ear problems he suffered since childhood. Skipp’s ear problems were due to what is commonly known as “swimmers ear.” He was an avid swimmer, water polo player, and surfer during his high school and college years and later added scuba diving to his assortment of water activities. Skipp worked with many doctors and tried numerous, traditional Western medicine products to relieve the ear pain and pressure—all without success. Skipp did not want to give up his love of the water, and sought out complementary methods of treatment. After taking just a few doses of an herbal combination formulated by Mr. Ozog, Skipp was amazed that his “swimmers ear” had all but disappeared. Skipp was so impressed with his personal success he asked Mr. Ozog if the all-natural herbal formula could be mass-produced for those who suffer with similar symptoms.
Our Products
Clear Sinus & Ear® and Clear Motion™ What followed from this association and success story were the products, Clear Sinus & Ear® for ear and sinus congestion relief, and Clear Motion™ for motion sickness and general nausea. Since 1998, Trident Diving and Equipment Co. has marketed these two products to the scuba diving industry world wide with great success.
From the beginning of CPI's marketing initiative, many unsolicited calls were received from customers who noticed the side effects of tinnitus were greatly reduced when they took Clear Sinus & Ear®. CPI began immediate research to uncover what was occurring with the unique blend of herbs in Clear Sinus & Ear® and its interaction with tinnitus.
In March 2005, CPI reintroduced Clear Sinus & Ear® with new packaging and an improved formula including homeopathics. By popular demand, the product was repackaged into a 60-capsule bottle replacing the 30-capsule blister pack box. The new formula includes homeopathics that reinforce the properties of the original formula.
Also during this time, Clear Motion™ was renamed, repackaged, and reformulated with homeopathics to include relief from digestive issues as well as motion sickness. The new formula name, Clear Motion & Digestive Aid™, includes relief from abdominal distention, bloating, gas, and acid reflux.Clear Tinnitus® Tinnitus is defined as ringing, roaring, humming, buzzing, hissing, or whistling in the ears. There is no known cure for tinnitus and little help can be found in the medical community. Traditional treatments often include meditation, relaxation, and/or psychological assistance to help live with the "noise."
According to the American Tinnitus Association, more than 50 million people in the United States (1 in 5 Americans) suffer from this common health problem. Clear Tinnitus® was formulated to relieve a broad variety of causes for tinnitus and was unveiled at the Natural Products Expo in Anaheim, CA, in March 2001.In an April 2007 Press Release, CPI announced the results of a prospective human clinical trial run by researchers from the Martha Entenmann Tinnitus Research Center, New York. This study was of a pre-selected group of tinnitus patients diagnosed clinically to have a predominantly cochlear type tinnitus with a middle ear and central component. The hypothesis was that tinnitus relief with Clear Tinnitus® reflects improvement in the sensory component of the the tinnitus complaint by controlling the factor of aeration of the middle ears and improvement in Eustachian tube dysfunction. A statistical and clinical significance for improvement/maintenance in middle ear pressure (MEP) was established with tympanometry. Patients with tinnitus of the severe disabling type selected for this study responding to Clear Tinnitus® reported tinnitus relief accompanied by improvement in or maintenance of MEP of the middle ears.
Clear Headache™ and Clear Migraine™ CPI began expanding its product line and, in March 2003, added two new products: Clear Headache™ and Clear Migraine™. According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Strokes (NINDS), 45 million people in the United States suffer from chronic headaches and made more than 8 million visits per year to doctor’s offices. Of these 45 million, an estimated 28 million suffer from migraines. Migraine sufferers lose more than 157 million workdays each year because of headache pain. Great care was taken to make Clear Headache™ and Clear Migraine™ aspirin free, non-habit forming, and non-drowsy.
Clear S.H.U.T.I.™ In July 2004, Clear S.H.U.T.I.™ was formulated to specifically eliminate the pain, itching, and burning sensations associated with shingles, herpes, and urinary tract infections. This unique formula has an antibiotic, antibacterial, and antiviral effect—as well as anti-inflammatory properties—which offer the most effective symptomatic relief available today.
According to the National Center for Infectious Diseases (CDC), approximately 20% of the population has genital herpes and 90% have oral herpes (cold sores). About 10% of normal adults over the age of 50 will get shingles. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases indicates one-in-five women will develop a urinary tract infection during her lifetime.
Currently Clear Headache™, Clear Migraine™, Clear Motion & Digestive Aid™, Clear S.H.U.T.I.™, Clear Sinus & Ear® and Clear Tinnitus® are available on the Internet, from mail-order catalogs, in health food stores, and in selected mass-market retail stores.
